Sayer McKee building was built in the 1800's and had many changes over the last 130+ years. The front of the building gave way and fell into the sidewalk and street of downtown Leadville, Colorado.
Solutions provided:
Owner of KW Construction & Restoration, Kyle Welch gave the building a complete and total makeover. The Sayer-McKee/KW Plaza is now redesigned, remodeled and rebuilt for all to enjoy. The building includes the countries highest commercial rooftop patio with amazing views of Colorado's highest 14'ers.
Now occupying The Sayer-McKee/KW Plaza is The Silver Llama Market & Eatery and Treeline Kitchen, where community, sustainability, and health are at the forefront of their values.
